Torgeir Hofsli - Chairman

Torgeir is CTO of The Mobile Media Company and has over 20 years experience in technical sales, product management and business development within finance, defense and process industries. He was the VP of Solutions in EDB Fellesdata, VP of Systems Development at Novit AS and Director of Results and Information Systems at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer. He has a Master's Degree in Science from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and a Degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Management -Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt (BI). Torgeir is on the board of several IT companies.

Vegard Strand - CEO

Vegard has many years experience in technical sales/marketing and business development. He was the CEO of the EDB MaXware Group and a Senior Director of Business Development in Network365. Prior to that, Vegard was VP of business management with responsibility for Visma's international expansion in Europe. He qualified in Computer Engineering from the University of Trondheim and in Marketing Economics from Trondheim's Økonimiske Høgskole (TØH). Vegard is a board member of several IT companies as well as serving as Head of IT with the Trondheim Chamber of Commerce.

Patrick O'Callaghan - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Patrick specialises in Internet, mobile and communications applications and is also co-founder of payments software provider Valista, formerly Network365. He was previously European GM with Welch Allyn's data collection division and Head of Sales and Marketing for Chemfab Corporation's Communications business. He qualified in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, studied International Marketing with The Open University and has an MBA from London's City University. Patrick has over 15 years experience in technical sales/marketing and business development. As well as leading the sales and marketing functions within Paveto, he also writes and lectures on Business, IT and Internet applications.

Steinar Thoresen - CFO

Steinar is an experienced CEO, CFO, company chairman and is a former business advisor with Deloitte Management Solutions. He has more than 20 years service as CEO with an additional 12 in strategy, Human Resources (HR) and finance. Steinar has a Master of Science degree in Business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Management -Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt (BI). In addition to Paveto Essens, he is on the board of several companies.

Berit Bye - Business adviser

Berit is an experienced project manager, with more than 10 years experience in advisory business and management consulting. During this time she has worked on a wide range of projects and specialises in Business Process Reengineering and business development. Her experience also covers international projects, including work with the OECD. She is a former Capgemini management consultant and adviser to the Ministry of Trade and Industry. She has a Masters of Science degree in Business and Administration from the Bodø Graduate School of Business and is a member of the Paveto Essens board.

Torgeir Fossli - Business adviser

As one of four in the company holding a Master of Business and Administration degree Torgeir specialises in finance, efficiency improvements and financial process reengineering. He also takes on assignments as a facilitator for strategy processes for small and medium sized companies. Of special interest is assisting companies in international growth or deployment. Torgeir has since graduation in 1993 held positions as project manager and senior consultant in Den norske Bank (DnB NOR) and two periods as CFO, one for a trading company and one for a world leading and globally distributed provider of identity management solutions. Since 2000 Torgeir has been a consultant in Deloitte as well as being a co-founder and advisor of Essens Management, one of the two companies now constituting Paveto Essens AS.

Helge M. Garberg - Business adviser

Helge is an experienced CEO, CFO and has served as a board member and chairman in a number of companies. He is a former business advisor with Deloitte Management Solutions and has more than 20 years service in management with companies such as Felleskjøpet Trondheim (The Norwegian agricultural and marketing co-op), Sintef (the largest independent research organisation in Scandinavia) and SIVA (The Industrial Development Corporation of Norway) and another 8 years of consulting in strategy, finance and Business Process Improvement. Helge holds a Master of Science of Business and Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Most recently Helge has also been working as General Manager for a family owned company.
